Throwback Thursday Gender Reveal

If you can’t tell by the look on my face I was pretty excited this day. This was June 19th 2012 when I found out the gender of our 1st born Julianna! I was so excited  that I could hardly stay asleep the night before, because I was so eager to head to the appointment in the morning.

Benji was convinced it was going to be a baby boy! But was genuinely happy whatever the outcome.

Ready and waiting for my ultra sound. =)

The suspense was exciting and nerve wrecking all at the same time!

We we’re finally relieved to know the sex of the baby but had to hold off on announcing it in this video because we wanted to tell our family and friends first.

First, we revealed it to my parents. I bought a pink cupcake to share with them that we were having a baby GIRL!!

Later that week, we waited to tell Benji’s family at the family BBQ.

This time Benji decorated the cake and we asked the family to unveil it!

Although it’s hard to imagine our lives without Julianna, Miya and Keira. This time of our lives was so special to us. It was part of the beginning to our little family. At this time we could hardly even picture what Julianna would look like and it’s so surreal seeing these Vlogs and now seeing her growing so fast right before our eyes!
