Glossy Box is a UK based company that provides beauty subscription boxes. The boxes usually consist of 4 decently sized sample beauty items, and typically one full size item. They recently just launched their services here in the USA for $21.00/month. I was sent this box for free, but happy to say I wasn’t obligated or forced to promote the box 🙂 Here is my honest review of this month’s box!
Senna Cosmetics Mineral Eyeshadow Trio ($24.00)
I’ve tried Senna Cosmetics shadows in the past and I love their quality! Back in the day they use to have eyeshadow palettes which were one of my favorites, but somehow discontinued them. I was pleased to see this in this month’s box 🙂 This palette is full size and is in the shade “Medallion”.
Ruddy Water Blushed perfume ($22.00/24 pouches)
I actually like the idea of perfume towelettes. This in particular isn’t one of my favorite scents, but It wasn’t all that bad either. Its a sweet scent featuring “notes of bright red currant and rich vanilla, wrapped around subtle sweet lemon, slightly spicy ginger, and kissed with a hint of sugar”. Yeahhhh, just not me.
Sebastian Color Ignite multi tone Shampoo & Conditioner ($14.95/8.4oz bottle shampoo – $16.95/6.6oz conditioner)
I have yet to try this shampoo and conditioner, however the scent of them are amazing! Smells oh so fresh and so clean. Its targeted towards colored hair, but that won’t stop me from using them!
Alessandro International Pedix Heel Rescue Balm ($18.50/100ml)
This is a good smelling foot cream. I mean, most foot creams smells like mint, but this one is extra minty 🙂 I’m excited to try it tonight.
Figs & Rouge Lip, Face, & Body Balm ($6.00)
This was another full size item in the box! Its an organic multi-use balm thats suppose to keep you moisturized throughout the day. At first I thought it smelled pretty good. It has a nice floral scent to it. Then I swatched it and the fragrance was too strong and the consistency was too greasy for me! I suppose it’ll work best with people who have extremely dry skin!
